Bridging military excellence with corporate leadership

WHY DCIC

Because service doesn’t end when the uniform comes off.

Every veteran carries leadership forged in responsibility, discipline shaped under pressure, and decisions made when outcomes truly mattered. Yet too often, this experience is misunderstood, underutilized, or boxed into titles that don’t reflect its true value.

DCIC exists to change that.

We bridge two worlds that should never be disconnected — the armed forces and the corporate ecosystem. We help veterans translate who they are into where they’re going next. And we help organizations access leadership that has been tested, not trained in isolation.

We Strive for

From Service to Nation-Building

A call to Corporate India to honour leadership, empower veterans, and protect futures.

My father, Colonel SD Pharasi spent his entire life in uniform. He led young men in uniform in three battles that India fought.
This is the environment which groomed me in my formative years. I have seen courage at close quarters.
But – I have also seen from close quarters, the devastation that hits the martyr’s family when they lose their son, father, brother on the battlefield.
DCIC aims at integrating the time tested and battle proven winnable leadership into the boardrooms and also integrate the corporate leaders in mentoring and grooming the children of soldiers who sacrificed their lives for you and me.

UNLOCKING INDIA LEADERSHIP RESERVE

India spends enormous money building military leaders.

BUT – When they retire:
Experience disappears
Leadership capital disappears
National investment disappears

THE NATIONAL CHALLENGE

India faces growing demand for:
Leadership , Execution excellence , Crisis readiness , Youth mentorship , Nation building ,Workforce discipline .

At the same time:
Veterans seek meaningful second careers
Corporates seek dependable leaders
Society seeks role models
Government seeks scalable impact

DCIC BRINGS ALL FOUR TOGETHER.

“India possesses the world’s largest untapped leadership reserve.

And DCIC exists to deploy it for nation-building and corporate excellence
“When you partner with DCIC, you are not funding a cause. You are unlocking India’s most battle-tested leadership reserve.“

A nation becomes stronger when its leadership capital never leaves service.
I believe India must do the same.

“The uniform may come off. The mission does not.“

I AM NOT ASKING FOR CHARITY
I AM UNLOCKING A NATIONAL ASSET
I AM UNLOCKING INDIA’S LARGEST LEADERSHIP RESERVE.

Voices of Service. Journeys of Leadership.

From Uniform to Institution-Builders

Leaders Who Transformed Service into National Impact

India’s armed forces have consistently produced leaders who have gone on to transform public institutions, governance, and society. Their discipline, integrity, and execution mindset have driven excellence far beyond the battlefield.
These journeys reflect the very spirit of DCIC.
